So I finally got around to checking my FLICKR. There’s too many sites to check these day. Hopefully someone comes up with a way to make it all work for me cause I just can’t keep up anymore! Anyway so I stumbled upon this image on courtesy of Jesus Saves flickr page. Trying to fin out what magazine this is and if this is a photo or a painting of a photo? Is this like a sticker book or something with someone’s favorite stickers? There’s some classic writers up in this…just wondering….

Gearing up for tomorrows Brooklyn Hip Hop Festival. I got my goodies all packed including these new die cut stickers! They’re mad cute. Thanks Kidrobot! Got them up on the shop finally.

As part of the FAT CAP project, the Kidrobot crew took my little 2D design and rocked a guy’s T’. For all the fellas out there who’ve been asking me about doing some guy wear here you go! ( if your into the funkadelic colors ) Still wondering why the “0” is missing in my bubble piece though? LOL!

Kidrobot’s apparel line has been a huge success ever since its launch back in 2006, selling out almost every single piece they’ve released. Creating their own designs as well as teaming up with creative minds like those of French graffiti artist Tilt, San Francisco artist/designer Huck Gee, and streetwear label Lemar and Dauley, the Kidrobot team has assembled a killer line of hoodies and t-shirts for both men and women. The great thing is that they didn’t just make clothing that sports the Kidrobot logo, but instead created creative and inspiring streetwear that represents the culture that surrounds the vinyl toy and urban art scene. Everything is limited edition so don’t sleep!

Got an invitation from my hommie Jessica Green while I was away to do a short presentation with Destroy&Rebuild following the SPRAY MASTERS film screening. Gonna try and bridge our 90’s foundation with the present state of urban arts culture / education alongside some of the pioneers who paved the way for us:) Jessica’s been mad supportive of the positive roles we play in helping to preserve, evolve, and continue this story. Since the golden days of STRESS ( Best magazine EVER!!! ) all has not been lost! Whew. Happy to see her and the crew on the inside of these events. We def need more folks from our own community, in it! Makes a HUUUUUUUGE difference. Thanks girl!.

SprayMasters follows up on some legendary writers from the 70s and 80s. The film includes Lady Pink, Lee, Futura 2000 and Zephyr and lots and lots of trains. Manfred Kirchheimer will be present for the q&a.

Sooooooo it turns out my Toofly Dunny was chosen for a collaboration project between Kidrobot and jewelry designer Tarina Tarantino. Went to check them out on her site and I was like whoa $163.00? WHAT!!! yea I know…where’s my cut is all I gotta ask. Looks like it’s gonna be another day in the life of intellectual property rights…

Toofly’s Kidrobot 6″ inch FAT CAP has arrived! This extremely limited figure was chosen to be part of the GOLDEN TICKET project. As many aficionados, designer/toy collectors know getting a golden ticket is a big deal. I was hit up left an right on myspace with $$$ offers for this little guy. I had no clue what the hype was all about but they sure were excited. Now I see why…THEY’RE HERE!!!

Excited today! Shana just sent me a link with Keri Hilson rocking the NATIVE ring from the Trinity Collection. Keri just dropped her album yesterday “IN A PERFECT WORLD”. Wooooops! missed that party, I need to get it together I know… Anyway I want to send a special shout out to Missfit Styles for hooking it up with the goods!
