SooOOoooooo EXCITED!!! The TOOFLY X UPPER PLAYGROUND Capsule Collection has finally been released.  The t-shirts look great! I can’t wait to rock em’. Check out the close ups of the illustrations below. I was on some new zone when I created these pieces a year ago. Time did not exist. All I wanted to do was express a energy flow that was coming from some amazing place you can’t even see but just feel.  Yeah…it’s some energy quantum physics shit. Consciousness and Pink Floyd are a great mix for an afternoon of art & design:) ENJOY!

Oh yeah baby here we gooooooOOO time to get this year started off right. The Juxtapoz FEB 2010 issue just came out!  TOOFLY Interview and Portrait by RICKY POWELL. WOW. We got a dope 12 page spread. So siked!!! it came out fresh. Some names are misspelled though;( don’t they triple check that stuff? I didn’t get the memo. Anyway, it’s dope and funky and the images they chose look lovely considering I lost most of my archived work on a defected WD drive:( I need to back that shit up X3 next time if I’m ever gonna release a book. Special shout out to Ricky who’s been nothing but supportive of my steelo, and hella cool to kick it with. The piece took a few missions to complete but it gave us time to build which I really enjoyed. Summer and fall o9′ was crazy! if you roll with Ricky you know…you just gotta go with the flow. No planning allowed! I had to leave my virgo tendencies at home hah haha…Sending a special thanks to my hommie Meres for letting me rock one last piece at 5Pointz for the photoshoot. Nothing like closing out a decade in style…blues or no blues;) Gracias Evan Pricco! for making it happen on the pages of one of my favorite arts and culture magazines. See ya in NY or SF next time? My new FREESTYLE Eco-Block rings are ready! Sorry it took me so long to get these up on the shop. Figured I better post them soon so ya’ll have something new and colorful to give that special sistah for the holidays. I was going to wait until spring 2010 to release them but I get too excited when they’re laying around my studio. So I finally got around to checking my FLICKR. There’s too many sites to check these day. Hopefully someone comes up with a way to make it all work for me cause I just can’t keep up anymore! Anyway so I stumbled upon this image on courtesy of Jesus Saves flickr page. Trying to fin out what magazine this is and if this is a photo or a painting of a photo? Is this like a sticker book or something with someone’s favorite stickers? There’s some classic writers up in this…just wondering….

Gearing up for tomorrows Brooklyn Hip Hop Festival. I got my goodies all packed including these new die cut stickers! They’re mad cute. Thanks Kidrobot! Got them up on the shop finally.

As part of the FAT CAP project, the Kidrobot crew took my little 2D design and rocked a guy’s T’. For all the fellas out there who’ve been asking me about doing some guy wear here you go! ( if your into the funkadelic colors ) Still wondering why the “0″ is missing in my bubble piece though? LOL!
